Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Photogenic Properties collects when you contact us or book a shoot, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this business actually does — nothing more.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or request a quote, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the address of the property, the services you are interested in, and your message. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on this site.
Our host keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does. We do not run analytics, advertising tags or any other tracking on this site, and browsing it sets no cookies.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work, arrange the shoot and deliver the files. Your enquiry reaches us as an email to info@photogenicproperties.ca and is held in this site’s own records so we can pick the job up again later.
Photographs, video and project files
The photographs, video, tours and floor plans we produce for a property stay archived in our system, so that you can ask for them again at any point. They are kept privately: your project gallery is reachable only through the private link we send you, those pages are closed to search engines, and we do not publish a client’s property on this site or anywhere else without asking first.
Who else is involved
Three companies are involved in running this site, and no others:
- Stripe handles payment when you pay through a payment link. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us.
- Google Maps suggests the property address as you type it on the booking form.
- Google Fonts supplies a typeface used on the booking form.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email to people who have contacted us about a shoot.
Having your information removed
Write to info@photogenicproperties.ca and ask. Tell us which property or enquiry you mean so we can find it. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
