It is the first question most agents ask, and most photography websites answer it with “contact us for a quote”. Here is the straight answer for Toronto and the GTA, with the prices we actually charge.

Short answer

For a typical Toronto home under 2,000 sq ft, professional listing photography starts at $249.99. Adding a floor plan, drone coverage or a video takes a full listing package to roughly $350–$750, depending on what the property needs.

What each service costs

Every price above is the starting price for a property up to 2,000 sq ft. Larger properties are priced by size — the full table is on our packages and prices page. Drone coverage and twilight photography are the same price whatever the size.

Why prices change with the property

• Size. A 4,000 sq ft home has more rooms to light, shoot and edit than a condo, so photography moves from $249.99 to $349.99 and up.
• Services booked. A photo-only listing costs less than one with video, a 3D tour and a floor plan — but booking them together means one visit instead of three.
• Location. Inside the GTA there is no travel charge. Outside our standard service area a travel fee may apply, and we tell you before the booking is confirmed.
• Timing. Twilight photography happens in a short window after sunset, so it is a separate visit.

What a listing package usually looks like

• Condo or townhouse: photography plus a schematic floor plan — from $349.98.
• Detached home: photography, floor plan and drone coverage — from $549.97.
• Premium listing: photography, video, 3D tour, floor plan and twilight exteriors.

Those figures are the published starting prices added together for a property up to 2,000 sq ft; tell us the property and we will quote the exact package.

What you get for it

• Edited, high-resolution photos plus web-sized versions for MLS and social media.
• Photos and 3D tours delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, video within 48 hours.

Is it worth it?

Photography is the cheapest part of marketing a property and the first thing a buyer judges it on. The cost of a full media package is a fraction of one percent of the sale price of a typical GTA home, and it is what every online impression of the listing is built from.
