A house photographed at dusk, with every window lit and the sky still holding colour, is the
image people stop scrolling for. It is also a second visit at a fixed time, so it is worth knowing
when it earns its place.

Properties it suits

• Homes with a lighting package. Pot lights, landscape lighting, a lit pool or
  architectural uplighting only read after sunset.
• Premium and luxury listings, where the cover image carries the brochure, the
  social post and the feature sheet.
• Properties with a plain daytime exterior — a grey sky, an off-season lawn or
  a flat facade all improve at dusk.
• Commercial buildings and restaurants, where the lit interior is the point.

When to skip it

• Condo units without their own exterior, unless the building entrance is the shot.
• Properties with no exterior lighting at all — there is nothing for the dark to reveal.
• Listings that need to go live tomorrow, since twilight is scheduled to the sky, not to the
  calendar.

What has to be ready

• Every interior and exterior light on, including lamps, closets and the garage.
• Blinds and curtains open so the windows glow.
• Cars off the driveway, bins away, garden furniture in place.
• The pool cover off if the pool is lit.

How it is scheduled and priced

The usable window is short — the period around sunset when the sky still has colour — so we
arrive before it and shoot through it. The price is $249.99 for any property size,
the one service we price flat. If the weather does not cooperate we reschedule at no extra cost.
