About Photogenic Properties: Real Estate Media in Toronto

Photogenic Properties is a Toronto-based real estate photographer and architectural visual studio. We create precise, considered photography and cinematic documentation of designed spaces — working with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers who understand that exceptional visual storytelling is not a commodity. It is a creative act.

With five years of practice and over a thousand projects across the Greater Toronto Area, we bring patience, craft, and a deep understanding of light and space to every engagement. Our work spans custom residences, multi-unit developments, hospitality interiors, and commercial architecture.

We work closely with the people who design and build the spaces we document. Every project begins with a conversation.

What We Do

Everything a property needs, from one team: HDR photography, cinematic video and vertical social cuts, drone photos and video, Matterport and iGuide 3D tours, schematic and architectural floor plans, twilight exteriors, virtual staging and single-property websites. How We Work

One conversation first. Tell us the property, the audience and the date the listing goes live, and we plan the shoot around it.
One visit. Photography, video, drone, 3D tour and measurements are captured in the same appointment, so the owner is only disturbed once.
Editing by hand. Exposures blended, colour corrected, verticals straightened — on every frame, not by preset.
Fast delivery. photos, 3D tours and video on a secure download link once editing is finished, by secure download link.

Where We Work

From our base in Thornhill we cover Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Oakville, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

Licensed for the Aerial Work

Drone work is the one part of this job that needs a licence, and ours is a Transport Canada Pilot Certificate — Drone Operations (RPAS), held since March 2022. In practice that means an address is checked against the airspace before a date is agreed, the aircraft is registered and marked, and flights are kept within visual line of sight, below 122 metres, and at least 30 metres from anyone not part of the shoot.
