What to Put in the Message

The address on its own is enough to get a reply. If you already know them, these four things let us come back with a firm date and a firm price in one message instead of three:

• The address, so we can check the airspace before anything is booked. Parts of the GTA sit inside the controlled airspace around Pearson, Billy Bishop and the regional airports, and that is settled from the address rather than on the morning of the shoot.
• The finished square footage, because every price on the price list is set by property size.
• When the listing goes live, which decides how much room there is in the schedule.
• What the listing needs — photographs, video, a drone pass, a 3D tour, a measured floor plan, or all of them in one visit.

What Happens Next

We reply with the next available dates and the price for that property size. Nothing is charged when you book: the full price is confirmed in writing before the shoot, and it is the published figure for that size rather than a number invented for the enquiry.

On the day, everything booked is captured in a single appointment, so the owner or the tenant is disturbed once rather than three times. Exteriors and drone work are rescheduled at no cost if the weather does not cooperate; interiors are shot as planned either way.

Editing is done by hand on every frame rather than by preset — exposures blended, colour corrected, verticals straightened — and the finished files arrive on a secure download link in both high-resolution and web-sized versions, ready for MLS, print and social.
