For more than five years, our eight-person team of photographers and videographers has captured over 1,000 properties for realtors, builders, architects and interior designers, from downtown condos to luxury homes and commercial buildings.
Every listing gets its complete visual package from one team: HDR real estate photography, cinematic property videos and walkthroughs, drone aerial photography and video, Matterport and iGuide 3D virtual tours, schematic and architectural floor plans, twilight photography, virtual staging and single-property websites.
Photos and 3D tours are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot and videos within 48 hours, as high-resolution files ready for MLS, print and social media. We shoot across Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Thornhill, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph.

Booking with us is simple! You can contact us directly via phone or email to schedule a session or use our online booking system. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Please note that we offer flexibility in rescheduling, though fees may apply if changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment.
You can expect photos and 3D Matterport tours to be delivered within 24 hours after the shoot. For videos and other media, the turnaround time is 48 hours. For more complex projects or large properties, it may take slightly longer.
We serve Toronto and the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Thornhill, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph and beyond. If your property is outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply.
Weather can be unpredictable, but don’t worry—we have policies in place to handle it. If the weather is not conducive to outdoor photography or drone shoots, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, or we can proceed with indoor shots and return for exteriors when conditions improve.
To ensure the best results, we recommend decluttering and cleaning all rooms, arranging furniture to highlight space, and ensuring all lights are working. For drone shoots, please inform us of any nearby flight restrictions in advance.
Yes, we offer our services for both residential and commercial properties. Whether you need photos for a small office space or a large commercial building, we can tailor our services to meet your needs.
Once your media is ready, we will provide you with a secure download link. All files will be available in high-resolution formats suitable for both print and web use.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee to cover any costs already incurred.
We prefer e-transfer but also accept cash and PayPal. Payment is due upon receipt of the final media files unless otherwise arranged.
