What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of real estate media services, including high-quality photography , cinematic videography , 3D virtual tours (Matterport), drone photography and videography , floor plans , virtual staging , and custom property websites . Our goal is to help you showcase properties in the best light, attracting more potential buyers.
How do I book a session?
Booking with us is simple! You can contact us directly via phone or email to schedule a session or use our online booking system . We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Please note that we offer flexibility in rescheduling, though fees may apply if changes are made once editing is finished.
What is the turnaround time for receiving the media?
You can expect photos and 3D Matterport tours to be delivered once editing is finished. For videos and other media, the turnaround time is 48 hours . For more complex projects or large properties, it may take slightly longer.
What areas do you service?
We serve Toronto and the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) , including Mississauga , Vaughan , Markham , Richmond Hill , Oakville and Thornhill , as well as Hamilton , Kitchener-Waterloo , Guelph and beyond. If your property is outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
Weather can be unpredictable, but don’t worry—we have policies in place to handle it. If the weather is not conducive to outdoor photography or drone shoots, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost , or we can proceed with indoor shots and return for exteriors when conditions improve.
How do I prepare my property for the shoot?
To ensure the best results, we recommend decluttering and cleaning all rooms, arranging furniture to highlight space, and ensuring all lights are working. For drone shoots, please inform us of any nearby flight restrictions in advance.
Can you work with commercial properties?
Yes, we offer our services for both residential and commercial properties . Whether you need photos for a small office space or a large commercial building, we can tailor our services to meet your needs.
How do I receive my final media files?
Once your media is ready, we will provide you with a secure download link . All files will be available in high-resolution formats suitable for both print and web use.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule , please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made once editing is finished may incur a fee to cover any costs already incurred.
What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer e-transfer but also accept cash and PayPal . Payment is due upon receipt of the final media files unless otherwise arranged.
