Three Ways to Book

  • Order online. Choose the services, the property size and a shoot date in the booking system — the fastest way to lock in a slot.
  • Call us at (416) 894-9373 if you would rather talk the property through first.
  • Email info@photogenicproperties.ca or use the form on this page, and we will come back with a time and a price.

Booking at least 48 hours ahead gets you the slot you want. Twilight shoots are scheduled to the short window after sunset, so they need a little more notice.

Before You Book

  • Property size. Prices are based on the finished area — the full list is on the packages page.
  • Drone flights. Send the address early: some locations near airports need authorization in advance. See drone photography.
  • Access. For floor plans we need every room unlocked, including basements and garages.
  • Weather. Exterior and drone work is rescheduled at no extra cost when the weather does not cooperate.

How do I book a shoot?

What does a shoot cost?

Photography starts at $249.99 for a property up to 2,000 sq ft and every service has a published price by property size on the packages page.

Can you shoot on short notice?

Often yes, especially in Thornhill, Vaughan and Richmond Hill. Send the address and the date and we will tell you straight away what is possible.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Interiors are shot as planned and we return for exteriors and drone work, or reschedule that part at no extra cost.
