HDR Real Estate Photography in Toronto
Buyers decide whether to book a showing from the photos. Photogenic Properties is a real estate photographer in Toronto, shooting HDR photography for realtors, builders, interior designers and property managers across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area: bright interiors, true colours, clear window views and straight verticals, delivered once editing is finished.
What HDR Photography Means for Your Listing
- Rooms that look like they do in person. Several exposures of every frame are blended so the room is bright without blowing out the windows.
- The view stays in the picture. Lake, skyline, ravine or backyard — the window keeps its detail instead of turning white.
- True colours. White walls stay white and wood keeps its tone, even under mixed daylight and warm bulbs.
- Straight lines. Verticals are corrected, so walls and cabinetry do not lean.
- Every room covered. Interiors, exteriors, and the details that sell the property: the kitchen island, the primary ensuite, the finished basement, the yard.
- Ready to publish. High-resolution files for print and web-sized versions for MLS and social media, in one download link.
How a Shoot Works
- Book the date. Choose the services and a time online, or call us. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead so you get the slot you want.
- On the day. Our photographer works room by room, adjusting lights and small details as they go. You do not need to be there the whole time.
- Editing. Exposures are blended and every photo is colour-corrected by hand.
- Delivery. A secure download link once editing is finished, with high-resolution and web-sized files.

Helping the Property Photograph Well
- Declutter and clean every room; clear counters, fridges and bathroom surfaces.
- Make sure every light works — burnt-out bulbs show in the photos.
- Move cars off the driveway and bins out of the frame before the exterior shots.
- Open blinds so the view and the daylight come through.
- Put away pet bowls, laundry and personal photos.
Condos, Houses and Commercial Properties
The same approach works for a downtown condo, a luxury home in the GTA, a rental portfolio or a commercial building. For larger or architectural projects we plan the shot list with you in advance, and for occupied rentals we work around tenants. Tell us what the photos are for and we will shoot to that.
Where We Shoot
Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Thornhill and the rest of the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Real Estate Photography FAQ
How soon do I get the photos?
On a secure download link, with the date confirmed when the shoot is booked with high-resolution and web-sized files. Larger properties may take slightly longer.
How many photos will I get?
Enough to show the property properly: every room, the exterior from the main angles, and the features that matter to buyers. The number depends on the size and layout of the property.
What if it rains on the day of the shoot?
We shoot the interior as planned and return for the exterior when the weather improves, or reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you photograph commercial properties?
Yes — offices, retail units and larger commercial buildings as well as homes and condos.
