Our studio is based in Thornhill, so Vaughan is the area we shoot most: Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord and the towers going up around the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Short travel means we can usually fit a Vaughan listing in quickly, including twilight visits that have to happen at a fixed time.

• New builds across Maple and Patterson. Model homes and just-finished houses photographed before staging leaves, with floor plans for the whole plan type.

• Thornhill. Our own neighbourhood — mature streets where twilight exteriors make the listing stand out.
• Concord and Vaughan’s commercial strips. Warehouses, showrooms and offices documented for leasing and sale.
