How It Differs From Listing Photography

A listing shoot covers every room quickly so a property can go on the market. An architectural shoot is slower and more selective: fewer frames, each one composed deliberately.

Compositions are built around the geometry of the space, with verticals and horizontals held true.
Shots are timed to the light — we work with how the sun moves through the building rather than against it.
Details matter: joinery, materials, transitions, the way a handrail meets a wall.
Furniture, styling and small objects are adjusted frame by frame.
Exteriors can be shot at twilight or from the air with drone photography to place the building in its context.

Commercial Property Photography

For offices, retail, industrial buildings and mixed-use developments we cover the exterior and approach, the common areas, the working floors and the details a tenant or buyer asks about: parking, loading, ceiling heights, natural light. Aerial coverage shows the footprint and the surrounding streets, and a 3D tour lets tenants walk the space remotely.

Pricing

Architectural and detailed photography starts at $499.99 for spaces up to 2,000 sq ft. Larger buildings and multi-space projects are quoted individually, because the scope depends on the number of spaces, the time of day and how the images will be used. Send us the project and we will come back with a quote.

How long does an architectural shoot take?

It depends on the number of spaces and the light. Some projects are a few hours, others need a full day or a return visit for a different time of day — we agree the plan with you before the shoot.

Can you photograph a building that is still occupied or in use?

Yes. We work around staff, tenants and opening hours, and can shoot early or late when a space needs to be empty.

Do you shoot at night or twilight?

Yes — exteriors and lit interiors at dusk are often the strongest images of a building. See twilight photography.
