Cinematic aerial video for listing presentations and social media: smooth reveals of the property and its surroundings, plus FPV fly-through footage that moves from outside the home through the front door and on through the interior in one continuous shot. Unlike most of our services, drone coverage is one flat price regardless of the size of the property, and it covers aerial photos and aerial video on the same visit. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Aerial coverage is often the only way to document a commercial property properly: the building footprint, parking, loading areas, neighbouring tenants and access from the main road. We also fly land parcels for sale and construction sites where progress is recorded over several visits. Tell us what the images are for and we will plan the flight around it.
Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Thornhill, and across the rest of the Greater Toronto Area including Durham Region, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Aerial photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot and video within 48 hours. Larger or more complex projects may take slightly longer.
We reschedule the drone flight at no extra cost, or shoot the interior as planned and return for the aerial coverage when conditions improve.
Most residential addresses are straightforward. Locations near airports and other controlled airspace need authorization in advance, so send the address as early as you can and we will confirm what is possible before the shoot.
